Jim was great helping me decide the best hot tub for our family. Pricing is always sticker shock but half price hot tubs truly is the best price around for a “real” hot tub… don’t be fooled by the hot tubs you can buy online or big box stores, they will only last you a few years. It’s worth the investment for a real hot tub!
The delivery drivers were awesome! Unfortunately our patio wasn’t completed yet for them to install it but they were so friendly and talked us through everything we needed to do!

Excellent experience! Big shout out to Jim Simmons for helping to ensure our experience was a positive one! He was thorough in explaining the the differences in the hot tubs we looked at- very knowledgeable. He was also very responsive to our phone calls. The delivery men were efficient and knowledgeable as well. We had some follow up questions and the service technician called us to answer them.
